Plan Manage Assist (PMA) was established by two families who are deeply passionate about disability advocacy. Both families have members with disabilities and recognised a significant gap in resources for those seeking to find a plan manager to help and assist them in managing their NDIS funding with care and compassion.

What distinguishes us from many other providers is our firsthand experience with the NDIS process. We understand how it works, the benefits it offers, and the frustrations and challenges you may face. Our passion for what we do drives us to go the extra mile to assist you in managing your NDIS funding.

Like all families and carers of people with disabilities, we continually strive for inclusion and believe that everyone should have the opportunity to become a valuable member of our communities and achieve their goals, the importance of having someone that cares makes a difference.

You will be supported by a team that have the insight, compassion and extensive knowledge about the NDIS as well as our qualified and experienced financial team. Our team work closely with participants and carers to ensure that they are aware and up to date with their expenditure on an ongoing basis, ensuring that they feel comfortable and understand the processes along the way as well as providing a guarantee turnaround of up to 7 days maximum of paying invoices.

I am really happy with Plan Manage Assist. Their communication has been great. They notify me when funding is close to depletion, or if there are any issues with my participant’s plan. I have not experienced this type of communication with any other plan manager provider. They have also been super helpful with answering my questions when calling or emailing. The support coordination portal is also great, as it is easy to navigate and read.
