Plan Manage Assist’s mobile app is available to download to your phone or iPad. The App makes it easier for you to manage your NDIS Plan on the go.

How do I use the App?

The app has a helpful User Guide that you can access from the three menu bars in the top left corner. This will guide you through the steps to navigate the app and help understand plan information.

What features does the App have?

The Planability App includes most of the features you can already access in your browser.

  • Monitor Live Spending: Keep track of budgets in real-time.
  • Track Service Agreements: Stay informed of service agreements effortlessly.
  • Receive Plan Notifications: Get app notifications if a plan is ending, or if a new carer or support coordinator is associated with your plan.
  • Review, Approve, or Reject Claims: Receive a notification when a claim is ready for approval, review the details and invoice, and approve or reject in the app.
  • Monthly Statements: Receive detailed summaries to stay informed on spending.
  • Manage Profiles: Easily update email address, 2FA security preferences, and notification alerts.

How do I get access?
Once you download and install the Planability App, you can log in using your Planability username which is your (firstname.lastname) and password. If you have forgotten either of these, the App has options to select ‘Forgot Username or Password’ and you will be able to reset these.

I am really happy with Plan Manage Assist. Their communication has been great. They notify me when funding is close to depletion, or if there are any issues with my participant’s plan. I have not experienced this type of communication with any other plan manager provider. They have also been super helpful with answering my questions when calling or emailing. The support coordination portal is also great, as it is easy to navigate and read.
