Sunshine Coast-Monique

Meet Monique our longest serving and dedicated Plan Manager who has worked for over 6 years assisting participants, carers and support coordinators with their funding and plans, you will talk with her in person as she assists you with onboarding with Plan Manage Assist and answering any tricky questions you may have in regard to the NDIS.

Monique supports participants from Caloundra to Noosa with simple, stress‑free plan management.

Gold Coast-Serena

Meet Serena who is based on the Gold Coast who is passionate with working within the disability sector. Serena has over 5 years’ experience in NDIS plan management, supporting participants to manage their funding with confidence, accuracy, and transparency. With a strong understanding of NDIS budgets, invoicing, provider payments, and compliance, Serena helps make plan management simple and stress-free.

Serena’s background as a Local Area Coordinator further strengthens her ability to support participants with clarity and practical guidance.

Gold Coast-Mallory

Mallory is based on the Gold Coast and brings over 8 years of experience supporting NDIS participants through plan management to get the most out of their funding and achieve their goals.

She’s passionate about making plan management easy to understand by explaining budgets, service agreements, and plan utilisation in plain language, so participants feel confident and in control of their plans. Mallory is known for her friendly, professional approach and her ability to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

NB: Until Plan Manage Assist has been officially endorsed, we are unable to complete participant setup. Once endorsement has occurred, please let us know so we can finalise the onboarding process.

For non‑PACE plans: If your current plan is not on the PACE system, we will need the service booking release date from your existing plan manager. This is the date your current plan manager will release your funding.

Once your setup is complete, you will receive a welcome email with login details to our MyPMA portal, where you can view your budgets, expenditure, invoices, and account information.

I am really happy with Plan Manage Assist. Their communication has been great. They notify me when funding is close to depletion, or if there are any issues with my participant’s plan. I have not experienced this type of communication with any other plan manager provider. They have also been super helpful with answering my questions when calling or emailing.
