Our Plan Managers will assist you in your state or territory whether it’s supporting your participants or finding a local service provider.

Our team at Plan Manage Assist will assist Disability Organisations, Support Coordinators, Carers, Providers and Participants throughout the NDIS process and will ensure participants NDIS plan will be professionally and effectively managed by experts to ensure a great outcome.

Working together as a team is really important, we ensure you have someone to support and assist you and give you that personal service that will help you understand and be able to manage the NDIS funds effectively.

Some important points to consider when choosing a Plan Manager in your state.

  • A participant can choose to have one or more of their budget managed by a plan management provider.

  • Plan Manage Assist will assist participants, carers, support coordinators to manage the financial aspects of their plan and work collaboratively with you along the way to understand the funds available.

  • Plan Management opens the door to more effective use of your funds, including easier access to non-registered providers and the opportunity to negotiate cheaper rates.

  • With Plan Management you don’t need to pay for our assistance as the NDIS funds plan management so there is no extra costs to you. It’s a win-win situation for participants — you get better outcomes without the need for added costs.

I am really happy with Plan Manage Assist. Their communication has been great. They notify me when funding is close to depletion, or if there are any issues with my participant’s plan. I have not experienced this type of communication with any other plan manager provider. They have also been super helpful with answering my questions when calling or emailing.
